The Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority has introduced a grading system to be used in the selection of consultants for construction tasks. SITE has chosen to collect such evaluations where possible and to publish the results - hereby allowing clients and partners to relate to SITE’s performance. We will show a weighted average of all of our evaluations as a quick overview of how SITE’s clients judge our services.

When evaluating, the client fills out a questionnaire indicating his assessment of the advisor’s performance in 13 key areas, as well as the importance he puts on each area. Both performance and importance is rated on a scale from 1-5, where 5 represents the highest performance and importance. Furthermore the client is asked to indicate, also on a scale from 1-5, his overall satisfaction with the consultancy and whether he would use the advisor again in a similar project.

The average we show here - 4,85 - is calculated from the overall satisfaction (item 14) on 13 evaluations and weighted by the fee, in accordance with the official guidelines from the Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority.
