The practice’s name, SITE, comes from the expression “site research” which means the process of analysing the potential of a location for a business or the characteristics of the ground for a house. Every building has a site, and every site has a potential that, amongst other things, is determined by orientation to sun, wind, views and infrastructure, but also rental agreements, flexibility in potential expansion, workplace density calculations and so on. A thorough understanding of the potential is critical for assisting the client in developing the optimal solution.
